What to expect as a new guest.

Getting Started
Start by booking your service(s) and choosing your stylist online or by submitting an email service request. Services booked online will be received and acknowledged within 24 hours via system text. Service request emails will be reviewed and you will receive an email response within 48 hours.

You've Arrived
Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early to your first appointment. You will be greeted with a friendly hello and warm smile. Refreshments are available, wifi is free, phone chargers for iPhone and Android are provided, and magazines are always up to date! You will be asked to complete the new client forms and policies before your service begins. If you'd like to save some time, feel free to fill those out here.

Let's Chat
The first priority after we meet is making sure we understand the goals of the appointment. We will discuss hair history, daily hair care routines, hair goals, and budget.
Together we will come up with a realistic plan on how to achieve your desired results while staying within your beauty budget. We'll go over any questions you have, including maintenance schedule, home care requirements, and any other details you may want to know. Once you are fully comfortable, we will move forward and begin the service!

Creating Magic
Now that the plan has been established, the budget agreed upon, and all questions answered, it’s time to make magic happen!
We pride ourselves on using the best products to ensure your hair stays healthy and beautiful. We work efficiently and respect your time, but don’t sacrifice the process it takes to achieve your goals.
This time is YOUR time, and we take our leads from you. If you want to read a book, watch a show on your device, work on your laptop, sit in silence, or chat the whole time - it’s totally up to you! Water, coffee, and an assortment of soda and snacks are always available, as well as a variety of chocolates (a favorite with our clients!). Use this time to unwind and relax as you please!


Until Next Time
Once your service is complete, we will once again discuss home care.
We carry the full Amika and Laced Hair Care product lines and may recommend certain products for you. However, if you don’t wish to purchase products in the salon, we do offer a unique link to shop all your retail needs online.
Graced Studio accepts cash, credit, debit, or ApplePay as forms of payment. You will have the option to pre-book your next appointment before you leave, or you can always rebook online at your convenience.
Before you go, we’ll take some photos to show off your beautiful new hair! Photos are always shown to you for approval before being used on social media.
